Based on our previous successful partnership JAMCO Steel Buildings in 2015/2016, where they were granted the 6000 SQM Steel Hangar construction, Nader Group required a new warehouse facility to be completed in record time for their company Modern Arab Distribution Co. Ltd.  JAMCO Steel Buildings was chosen again in 2017 to build our 3400 SQM Steel Hangar on a Full Turnkey Project basis.

Modern Arab Distribution Co. Ltd are one of the Nader Group of companies, the leading FMCG distributor in Jordan. Modern Arab Distribution Company has over 450 employees and has a large fleet of delivery vehicles (dry and cold) as well as storage facilities of over 24,000 m2 throughout the Jordanian Kingdom. Among the many products they distribute are Wrigley’s, Sunwhite, Kasih, Nader Sugar, Afia Oil, Barilla, Maxim’s, and many others.

We immersed ourselves in the operational and the logistics aspects of the business in order to address all requirements by Nader Group’s Management

Consequently, JAMCO Steel Buildings were awarded the contract on a Turnkey basis and committed to fully deliver the project within 90 days, operational and ready to use!
With forward planning, JAMCO Steel Buildings were able to source all the professional consultants, local contractors, and a multinational contractor for constructing a high quality floor, according to required flatness specifications, along with other materials and required project deliverables.

JAMCO Steel Buildings and its subcontractors on-site engineers surveyed each activity and provided instant feedback. Technical Teams from both parties inspected the preparations and primed the site same day before next activity was due to commence. Best practice construction methods were considered at all times, This meant that discrepancies could be addressed immediately. This process formed an essential part of JAMCO Steel Buildings training structure and quality assessment. As a result, all tasks successfully complied with the required standards.
